The maximum duration of stay in Wittenborg housing facilities is one year.

Question:

Meeting Staff: Can I schedule a face-to-face meeting with my process tutor or other university staff?

Answer:

No, currently face-to-face meetings are not possible as per instructions from the Dutch government. Any meetings will be held only online (through Skype or Teams).



Question:

Module Classes: Can I access classes through the online area during the ongoing Covid-19 crisis?

Answer:

The modules will be delivered online and the lecturers will upload all requisite materials like articles, videos, recorded explanations, etc., and will encourage participation through forums, chats and presentations. The lessons will not be delivered in the traditional classroom setting during the ongoing crisis. Students can reach the lecturers through Teams in the scheduled time of the lessons for answering questions.

Module Enrolment Key: What is the Module Enrolment key and where can I find it?

Answer:

The Module Enrolment key gives you access to modules you have to take in each block.

  • Sign in with your student account on wittenborg-online.com.
  • Go to Process Tutor Areas.
  • Select your programme specialisation.
  • You will see the list of all the modules with enrolment keys.
  • Select the enrolment key for the modules you have registered.

Note: 

Each module has its own unique enrolment key.



Question:

Module Enrolment Keys: I found the module enrolment key. What should I do next?

Answer:

Once you have found the enrolment key for the respective modules follow the following steps:

  • Go to My Dashboard on wittenborg-online.com
  • Select “My courses”
  • Select your programme course
  • Select your specialisation
  • Select your campus (if relevant)
  • Select your phase (for Bachelor students only)
  • Select the module and insert the enrolment key
  • Once enrolled to the module you will get access to all the study/reading materials, presentations, assignments, module guides for the selected module.

Note: Languages, Project weeks and PDPs can be found under University Wide Modules.

Note: Foundation and Pre-Master courses can be found under Preparation Programmes.


Question:

Module Enrolment: How can I know which modules to enrol in?

Answer:

In order to know the modules you have in each block, please check your study programme curriculum.

Note:

Please refer to Part 3 of the EEG for the exact details of your modules.


Question:

Module Enrolment: I have enrolled for a module I was not planning to attend.

Answer:

Please do not enrol for a module that you are not planning to attend. If you do you will be marked as absent and this will result in a '0' mark, This might affect your study progress. Please only enrol for modules that you are definitely planning to attend. 

Note:

You will be unenrolled if you are not active within the module area during a period of 3 weeks.


Question:

Module Enrolment: I want to enrol for modules but I cannot find it on the dashboard. What steps should I follow?

Answer:

If you wish to register for a module you will need to go to the dashboard on your online area. Once you are on the dashboard, click the 'All courses' option and select the specialisation where you need to register for the module. You will need the enrolment key to register.

Note

Mention the module name, module code, and specialisation while writing to frontdesk@wittenborg.eu


Question:

Module Enrolment: Should I enrol for all modules at once or only block-specific modules?

Answer:

We encourage all students to enrol for block-specific modules only, as class attendance is directly linked to enrolled modules and will be marked accordingly.

Module List: Where can I find my complete module list?

Answer:

You can find your study programme curriculum in Part 3 of the EEG. Please check your programme EEG on the Moodle area.

The EEG provides students with all relevant information programme curriculum. For year planning, timetabling, tutoring, assignment submission requirements, the use of Turnitin and information about the online learning resources, use Moodle (Blackboard at the University of Brighton if applicable).
