All higher education schools in Deventer must have their courses revalidated by 31 December 2004 .

All Dutch Universities of Professional Education issue diplomas under the WHW, Wet Hoge en Wetenschapelijk Onderwijs, (Law of Higher and Scientific Education) and it is this that is recognised, not the institute.

A degree is given under the umbrella of a national law (the WHW) and not the institute that gives it. The institute is awarded an accreditation by the CFI. (See printout)

Dutch Higher educations with this accreditation are either subsidised on no subsidised, however students attending all these schools can apply for study grants if they are eligible. To see weather a course is accredited and therefore eligible for National Dutch Study Grants please go to the website of the IB Group, responsible for Dutch grants (www.ib-groep.nl), and look under International Visitors. There you can find all accredited courses eligible for study grants in the Netherlands , including Wittenborg

Wittenborg will be re-evaluated in 2004, before 31 December 2004 by an official government accredited validation council. Before 31 December all Wittenborg's courses must be officially re-accredited by the Netherlands government.

The above information also applies to the Delta Business School and Saxion (Both being the same organisation) and Larenstein.
