Wittenborg on Radio Apeldoorn

radio_apeldoorn.jpgOnly recently settled in a new building in a new city, Wittenborg University of Applied Sciences is already becoming a familiar phrase. Interest in the business school grows amongst young schoolgoing citizens from Apeldoorn, as well as the media of this growing city: interest in the ideas of the school and its interaction with business (from local to international), but also in the staff themselves. Radio Apeldoorn (RTV Apeldoorn) decided to confront director Peter Birdsall with their questions.

The encounter took place last Thursday, November 25th in the lively CODA library. The curious reporter did not hesitate to immediately start asking questions on Wittenborg’s current policy and future plans of the school. As Peter Birdsall – director and co-founder of Wittenborg Business University – answered the questions of the reporter, it became clear that Wittenborg chose the right city to move to: besides the growing number of registered students, the interaction with regional business blooms as well.

The interview clearly proved that Wittenborg strives to, and actually does, distinguish itself from other business schools when it comes to business-style education in international business administration, service and support for its students (e.g. housing and a settlement plan for international students), and the focus on competency-based learning in its Bachelor programme. Besides this, the school offers students extensive preparation for the actual workplace. All of this is made possible within bounds of an excellent price-quality ratio. Wittenborg looks forward to the new enrollments in February.
