Hogeschool Wittenborg Students Introduced to the Aventus College Building and its Facilities in Apeldoorn

On Wednesday all first and second year business school students studying international business administration were given an introduction to Facility Management within a large public organization. The presentation was given by Mr Jaap Datema, member of the facility management team at the college. Students were also given a tour of the special and independent area reserved for HBO and University education in Apeldoorn.

Students were extremely interested in how the facility management department in a public sector building worked, and were especially interested in how such a large, non-commercial organization managed to stimulate and motivate their employees to work harder and more efficiently.
