Partnership with University of Brighton

Wittenborg University of Applied Sciences sign Memorandum of Co-operation with the University of Brighton, United Kingdom.

Wittenborg is pleased to announce that it has signed a Memorandum of Co-operation with the University of Brighton, and two specific progression agreements allowing Wittenborg’s Bachelor IBA students to directly enter the Bachelor and Master programmes at Brighton’s School of Service Management.

Possibilities for Wittenborg students include:


- Progression from the Bachelor IBA Year 2, to the Final Year of the BA (Hons) Degree in International Hospitality Management at the University of Brighton. Successful graduates of this double degreeUK degree and the Wittenborg HBO degree. programme will be awarded the


- Dutch ROC BTEC students, who have completed the IBA Year 2 are eligible to enter the Final Year of the BA (Hons) Degree in International Hospitality Management at the University of Brighton, and will be awarded the UK degree and the Wittenborg HBO degree on successful completion of the programme in Eastbourne.


- All successful Wittenborg Bachelor IBA graduates have the opportunity for direct entry into the University of Brighton Master programmes:


  • MA Hospitality Management

  • MA Tourism Management

  • MA International Events Management

These programmes can be followed at the following locations:


  • University of Brighton School of Service Management, Eastbourne, UK
  • Ecole de Management de Normandy, Le Harve, France
  • Angell Business School, Freiburg, Germany


Following the MA at Angell Business School, in Germany, could be particularly interesting for Wittenborg’s International students who start a “Job Search Year” after graduation, as they could combine this with their studies in Germany.
