Module List: Where can I find my complete module list?
You can find your study programme curriculum in Part 3 of the EEG. Please check your programme EEG on the Moodle area.
The EEG provides students with all relevant information programme curriculum. For year planning, timetabling, tutoring, assignment submission requirements, the use of Turnitin and information about the online learning resources, use Moodle (Blackboard at the University of Brighton if applicable).

Module Unenrolment: How can I unenrol from a module?
In case of a situation where you wish to unenrol from a module you will need to visit the 'My Courses' section on wittenborg-online. Click the module that you wish to unenrol from. You will now be able to view an option 'Unenrol me from' under the Course administration section. Click on this and you will be able to enrol that particular module.

You should login to Timetable. once you logged in, please follow the steps mentioned in the attached guide
The buttons Modules & Programmes of Study can be found at the top of the screen (mobiles), or in the box List Types (computer).

MVV Collection: I am unable to make an appointment with the Dutch embassy for the collection of my MVV due to COVID. What can I do?
The current IND regulations state that you must pick up your MVV within 3 months after receiving the IND decision/approval letter. This letter has been forwarded to your private email address by Wittenborg University of Applied Sciences.
If you are unable to pick up your MVV within the required 3 months, please contact the Dutch embassy in your home country to request for another 3-month extension on top of these 3 months already provided to you (https://ind.nl/en/pages/coronavirus.aspx). Please know that you can request a 3-month extension only if it is impossible for you to make an appointment with the Dutch embassy for the collection of your MVV within 3 months. Since some of the Dutch embassies are on temporary lockdown, they are less accessible by email or phone, so do not wait until the last moment to contact them.

MVV Sticker: I have already collected my MVV / visa sticker, but I am unable to travel to the Netherlands within the 3 months stated on the MVV sticker in my passport. What can I do?
Please contact the Dutch embassy to request another MVV sticker in your passport if you are unable to travel to the Netherlands within the 3 months as stated on the MVV sticker in your passport. As some of the Dutch embassies are on temporary lockdown they are less accessible by email or phone, don't wait until the last moment to contact them.

MVV Sticker: I have collected my MVV already, however, the access conditions for people who want to travel to the Netherlands have been tightened. Is this restriction also applicable to me if I want to enter the Netherlands with an MVV?
From Thursday 19 March 2020 at 6 p.m., the access conditions for people who want to travel to the Netherlands have been tightened. This means that persons who do not fall under the exception categories will not enter the Netherlands and they will be refused entry. In principle, this measure applies for a period of 30 days. Wittenborg Connect allows you to both re-connect with old classmates as well as utilising the trusted Wittenborg University of Applied Sciences environment for expanding your professional network.

Nuffic: What is a Nuffic agreement?
It is a document legitimising your internship. It must be signed by you, your company and the university. You are not allowed to start your internship without the signed Nuffic agreement. Any hours worked prior to the signed Nuffic agreement will not count towards the hours necessary to fulfil this work placement module. Working without a Nuffic agreement is considered illegal in the Netherlands and Wittenborg will not be responsible for any legal issues arising in this case.

Currently, all on-campus events including open days and campus tours have been cancelled due to Covid-19 restrictions. OV-Chipcard (OV-Chipkaart): What is an OV-chipcard and how can I use it in the Netherlands?
In the Netherlands, the easiest way to take the bus, train, subway, or tramway is to use an OV-Chipcard (PT Smart Card). The costs for the OV-Chipkaart itself is €7,50 and can be bought at https://www.ov-chipkaart.nl/purchase-an-ov-chipkaart.htm or at the local NS-service points. There are two different OV cards.
Note: Season tickets can only be loaded on the personalised card.

No, the option of WittenborgConnect (https://wittenborgconnect.com/) is only for internships. For part-time jobs, you can go through www.indeed.nl or you can build your network connection with fellow students or companies via LinkedIn.

No, if it is a part-time job, and not an internship, the student need not inform Wittenborg. The employer will apply for the work permit for you.

PCR Tests: Where can I find answers on PCR Tests, quarantine and vaccinations?
Information about negative PCR tests, quarantine requirements and vaccinations required inside the Netherlands or during entry into the Netherlands can be found on www.rijksoverheid.nl. The IND does not provide answers to this question.

PDP Registrations: Do I need to register for PDP?
PDP consists of three main sections: Academic English, Seminars and Portfolio.
You are required to enrol for Academic English in the online course area, as the same as other modules.

Personal Support: How can I seek personal support while in the Netherlands?
Student Support is organised through the Front Desk. Staff are able to manage all general questions regarding the university and living in the Netherlands. Front Desk staff also assist students in the submission and collection of documents, including all aspects of registration and residence permits.
