University of Brighton/a>Students introduced to Hospitality Management and the University of Brighton.

Final Year and Second Year students reacted positively and enthusiastically to the Final Year seminar on an Introduction to Hospitality, given by Mr Peter Odgers, M.Phil, PGCE, senior lecturer at the School of Service Management.

Students were excited to hear about the development of a partnership with the University of Brighton, and especially the continued study possibilities for Wittenborg Business School students at the University of Brighton, both for Final Year students and for students wishing to continue with a Master programme.

Hospitality, Tourism and Retail Management are all specialisations of the Business Administration degree programme, and for these students special pathways are being developed with the University of Brighton, to enable students to add a UK degree to their Netherlands one.

Hogeschool Wittenborg is also working closely with Dutch ROCs (colleges of further education) to promote the opportunity of a double degree (HBO diploma) in conjunction with the University of Brighton. This programme is especially suitable for students who are following a joint MBO4 and UK BTEC programme in business, hospitality, retail or tourism.
