Answer: Most of the Wittenborg student housing/dorms are within a radius
of 2 km of the university and Apeldoorn has an excellent public transport
system. If you are used to cycling, you can buy or rent a bicycle. Second-hand bicycles are available for less than €100. | ||

Answer: You can make all Turnitin submissions on the module area in wittenborg-online and you do not need to sign in separately. It is your teacher's responsibility to place the Turnitin submission area inside the module. Always ask the teacher/lecturer in case of doubt or inability to find the upload area. | ||

Answer: Yes, you can. Wittenborg's Bachelor, MBA and MBM programmes all have 6 starting dates per year, allowing flexibility not only in starting your studies, but also graduating from your programme. If you would like to defer your starting date after you have received an acceptance letter, please inform the Registrar Department at registrar@wittenborg.eu with your request. Please do not forget to mention your student number when you send an email. | ||

Answer: Students who graduate from Wittenborg University with a bachelor's or master's degree are allowed to search for a job in the Netherlands for a maximum period of one year, known as the 'Zoekjaar". In order to do so, you should change the purpose of your stay by completing and submitting the appropriate IND form. (The application form is called: "Application residence permit without MVV or change of purpose of stay.) Note:Check the IND website for more information on this topic. | ||

Answer: There are two graduation ceremonies per year. One in February and the other is held in July. Students who graduate in blocks 1, 2 & 3 will be invited to the winter graduation (in February). Students who graduate in blocks 5, 6 & 7 will be invited to the summer graduation (in July). Note:Students can invite their family members to come to the graduation ceremony. A graduation ceremony signifies a close to your study journey at Wittenborg. It is a day full of joy, and the perfect opportunity to see your fellow graduates one more time and celebrate your graduation together. | ||

Process tutors will be allocated by Wittenborg and during the Introduction Week, students will be informed on how to contact their process tutor, to make an appointment. Before students arrive at Wittenborg, we recommend reading a few sections of the EEG to get an impression of the education system at our university. The following sections are recommended:

Answer: You can login with your username and password provided by the Administration Office. You
will then be asked to edit your profile, which happens only one time. After you have logged in
for the first time, the Webmaster will add your account under 'Students'. Students will be placed in their relevant classes. Sign-in in Office 365 SystemWith your student number and password login combination, you can login to the 365 Office
Exchange Email and Exchange System. Assignments onlineIntranet is used more and more by Wittenborg to allow students to upload their assignments.
The intranet enables students and their teachers to keep an accurate record of progress and

will be automatically e-mailed to all students and staff who have registered their profiles on
the Intranet! In any modern learning environment, online information plays an important role. At
Wittenborg, students can access course information, modules, web mail, their
account information and many other utilities, through the intranet. www.wittenborg-online.com Logging in www.wittenborg-online.comLogin is done by using your assigned user name (studentnumber@student.wittenborg.eu) and password. See Part 4 of the EEG for more technical information. Wittenborg's Intranet can be accessed from school and from

Answer: From Thursday 19 March 2020 at 6 p.m., the access conditions for people who want to travel to the Netherlands have been tightened. This means that persons who do not fall under the exception categories will not enter the Netherlands and they will be refused entry. In principle, this measure applies for a period of 30 days.
