Thursday 8^th June: Car Park

Due to the busy day on the 8^th of June, including a number of visiting delegations and the Wittenborg End of Year Barbecue it has been decided to close the New Market Wittenborg car park to except for users with essential requirements.

Only spaces at the back of the car park will be available, and due to the fair ground, all other car parks in the centre of Deventer are unavailable.

During Wednesday 7^th June (afternoon), students will begin assembling the tables for Thursday’s Barbecue, and any cars parked on the school side will have to be moved at that time.

On Thursday, drivers are asked to arrive at school either by foot (train, bike, bus) or park their car on the other side of the river (at the free car park by the ferry boat). Price of a one way ticket is EUR 0,75 and a round-trip is EUR 1,25 and this will be reimbursed to car drivers who normally declare travel costs, either through WIU, WNL or Guard Academy - through WIU Finance dept. 

After the barbecue, if the ferry has stopped, drivers will be shuttled across to the car park.
